By using SMSDesk or SMSDesk.cc, you agree to use the app and website responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Messaging Service

SMSDesk is an Android SMS and MMS app. Carrier support, SMS delivery, MMS delivery, and mobile data availability depend on your mobile network, device, and Android configuration.

Private Server Sync

SMSDesk Pro private sync is bring-your-own-server. You are responsible for deploying, securing, monitoring, and deleting data from your server. SMSDesk.cc does not provide a hosted message storage service.

Acceptable Use

You must not use SMSDesk to send spam, abuse, harassment, illegal content, or messages that violate telecoms or platform rules.

Purchases

SMSDesk Pro purchases are handled through Google Play where available. Refunds and billing support follow Google Play's policies unless otherwise stated.

No Warranty

SMSDesk is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, message delivery, private server availability, or compatibility with every network and device.
